Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash drawers or credit card transactions.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and inviting.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with grace and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, specifically Point of Sale (POS) or PMS software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
