Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Dust furniture, wipe down surfaces, vacuum carpets, and mop floors in designated areas.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish toiletries and amenities in guest rooms.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in rooms and public spaces.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow all safety protocols and cleaning chemical handling instructions.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20-50 pounds occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
