Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and common areas.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Assist with room service orders and coordinate with housekeeping teams.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
