Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly, check them in efficiently, and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay.
- Reception Operations: Manage the front desk switchboard, answer inquiries, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Reservation Management: Assist with booking rooms, updating guest information, and managing room availability.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Technology: Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
