Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, answering questions about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism.
  • Monitor the front desk lobby area to ensure a welcoming and safe environment.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.

Qualifications
