Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and toiletries are stocked and organized.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations and hotel standards.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, anticipating their needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong sense of pride in cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude are essential.
