Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Manage reservations using PMS software (Opera experience preferred)
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, professional solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance revenue
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficient in English (bilingual Spanish a major plus)
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
