Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently with attention to detail and personalized service
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using PMS systems
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments, credit card authorizations, and daily reconciliation
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Market hotel amenities and upsell premium services
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Stayline, or similar property management systems
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic mathematical aptitude for financial transactions
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination required
