Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational readiness
- Manage front desk operations, including reservations and billing inquiries
- Conduct nightly audits and prepare shift reports for management
- Ensure public areas remain safe, clean, and welcoming overnight
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., PMS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus
