Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures using PMS systems
- Handle reservations, payments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/security teams
- Perform nightly audits and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Collaborate with concierge team to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic cash handling and reconciliation experience
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Minnesota hospitality certification a plus
