Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and room changes efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software.
- A valid driverβs license is required.
