Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 front desk coverage with check-in/check-out services during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service standards
- Perform nightly audits and financial reconciliation tasks
- Ensure lobby and common areas remain secure and pristine throughout the night
- Act as primary contact for emergency services and incident management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
