Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Upsell resort amenities and packages to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain pristine front desk area and lobby standards
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic financial transaction handling knowledge
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
