Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with precision
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with housekeeping/management teams
- Provide local recommendations and assist with transportation arrangements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Collaborate with concierge and valet teams for seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta attractions and transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred (for valet coordination)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
