Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor immediately upon arrival.
- Manage front desk operations, including efficient check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the lobby and reception area.
- Provide concierge services, such as local recommendations, directions, and special requests.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Proficiency in computer systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a polished, professional appearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
