Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
- Reservations: Manage room bookings, modify reservations, and handle special requests with precision and care.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Concierge Services: Provide recommendations for dining, entertainment, and transportation in Atlanta.
- Security & Access: Monitor security systems and control access to the property, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest histories and update records in our Property Management System (PMS).
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a friendly, positive demeanor.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and hotel software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Daily Pay Eligibility: Must be eligible for our same-day pay program.
