Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, relaying messages accurately to the appropriate departments.
- Operations: Manage key card systems, maintain lobby cleanliness standards, and assist in front desk administrative tasks.
- Teamwork: Collaborate seamlessly with housekeeping, bell services, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel front desk, concierge, or customer service is preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: High school diploma or equivalent required; appearance must be professional at all times.
