Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and registration processes.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and manage credit card verifications accurately.
- Assist guests with local information, directions, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate them to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
