Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, including processing payments and assigning rooms.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in-person with accuracy and speed.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure guest retention.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and public spaces meet our high standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) or hotel software is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be available for Daily Pay requirements and reliable attendance.
