Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing room keys.
- Answer incoming phone calls, route inquiries, and handle correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby spaces.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
