- Maintain the lobby and common areas to a pristine standard of cleanliness.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and special requests.
- Manage incoming mail, packages, and faxes promptly.
- Resolve guest complaints or inquiries with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous front desk or reception experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with property management software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
