Responsibilities

- Manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the hotel lobby and public areas.
- Handle customer complaints or special requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Assist the front office manager with daily operations and reporting.
- Process payments and verify identification in compliance with security protocols.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Currently enrolled in high school or college preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office suite).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
