Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of public areas and guest rooms.
- Learn and assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Support the management team in organizing events and daily operations.
- Uphold strict safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old (or have a work permit).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
