Responsibilities
- Monitor front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest satisfaction protocols
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure impeccable room standards
- Assist with revenue management tasks including rate strategy and occupancy analysis
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism and empathy
- Participate in departmental rotations (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage)
- Learn inventory management for supplies and amenities
- Contribute to safety compliance and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of hotel management software (Opera, PMS systems)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
