- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints with empathy and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Security & Access: Monitor building access and ensure the safety and security of all personnel and visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office) and phone systems.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
