The Role:

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area. Your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence will directly impact guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the property.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS) with 100% accuracy.
  • Answer incoming calls with a polite and helpful tone, directing inquiries or taking messages promptly.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements (e.g., transportation, dining) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties and maintain the front desk area to a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Process payments accurately and maintain strict cash handling and audit procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and maintain room readiness.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
