- Operate PMS systems and maintain data security protocols
- Conduct room inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
