Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our modern Property Management System (PMS).
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and resolving inquiries or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Handle all cash handling, credit card transactions, and daily deposits with strict accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
- Answer multi-line phone systems, route calls appropriately, and respond to guest emails in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and restrooms.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Assist with special requests, such as restaurant reservations or local transportation arrangements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; previous hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
