Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Reservation Management: Accurately handle phone inquiries, manage room reservations, and update the property management system.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly with a focus on resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Financial Accuracy: Process payments, manage cash drawers, and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Security Checks: Verify identification and ensure the security of guest rooms and the hotel property.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Proficient in using computers and hotel software (POS systems).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
