As the face of our resort, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and address any inquiries or complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Reservation Management: Handle incoming calls and emails to make and modify reservations, ensuring accurate data entry into our Property Management System (PMS).
- Front Desk Operations: Operate the switchboard, manage the cash drawer, and process payments securely and accurately.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a pristine lobby area, organize the reception desk, and ensure the common areas reflect our high standards of cleanliness.
- Service Coordination: Communicate guest requests to housekeeping and maintenance teams promptly to ensure timely service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and standard hotel software (PMS).
- Attitude: A positive, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
