Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel property management systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling cash transactions, processing credit cards, and balancing daily financial reports.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and solution-oriented manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, reception desk, and common areas to uphold our high standards of hospitality.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, filing, and managing room keys or access cards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
