Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person promptly.
- Assist with luggage handling, valet services, and concierge requests as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby environment.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hotel environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Proficiency with computers and standard hotel software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
