Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a premium first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software (e.g., Opera).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries regarding reservations and services.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
- Perform light administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest files.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a pristine guest environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
