Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service with a smile.
- Managing front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Answering and directing phone calls and inquiries efficiently.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborating with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office or property management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- A positive, customer-first mindset and reliability.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but NOT required for this position.
