Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software (PMS).
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails with accuracy and a friendly tone.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and process invoices accurately.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests immediately to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain room readiness standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must be professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
