Job Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is the face of our establishment. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for all guests while ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, payments, and key distribution using PMS software.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and relay messages accurately.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Security & Access: Monitor lobby activity, verify identification, and control access to the property.
- Concierge Support: Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and transportation arrangements.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate logs, update guest profiles, and perform light clerical duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to cover shifts in Miami and surrounding areas as needed.
