Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Assist in food and beverage service, including taking orders and clearing tables.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support the front desk operations, including managing reservations and handling mail.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety and security policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
