Job Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Process guest check-outs efficiently, handling payments and processing folios accurately.
- Manage phone inquiries, reservations, and general correspondence with a professional demeanor.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
- Upsell hotel amenities and promote our loyalty program to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly desirable.
