Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences using Opera property management system
- Manage room inventory, reservations, and rate optimization to maximize occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining packages, and local attractions to enhance guest stays
- Maintain pristine front desk environment and lobby aesthetics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Delphi) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Texas Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
