- Assist with mail delivery, package handling, and general front desk administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and lobby.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
