Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay by providing professional, efficient, and courteous service.

Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Greet all visitors and guests warmly with a smile and a professional demeanor.

  • Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation with a high level of knowledge.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk lobby and common areas.
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately and escalate complex matters to the manager when necessary.
  • Process laundry requests, manage room service orders, and coordinate with housekeeping.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, customer service, or reception is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
