- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Operate PMS software and office equipment
- Assist during emergency situations per protocol
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of NYC tourism attractions
