Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests and visitors upon arrival.

- Reservation Management: Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations using property management systems.
- Guest Assistance: Answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, handle mail, and maintain the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications
