Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information regarding hotel services and local directions.
- Transactions: Process payments, manage cash drawers, and resolve any billing discrepancies with attention to detail.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area for all guests.
- Guest Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Administrative Support: Update guest records and ensure all hotel policies are followed during registration.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy; typing skills are a plus.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience is required; we are looking for passion and the right attitude.
