Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with speed and accuracy
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests via phone/email
- Process payments, manage room keys, and maintain guest records
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate complex issues
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid AZ driver's license preferred
