Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while verifying reservations and payment methods
- Manage room assignments and inventory using PMS software
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional customer service
- Assist with valet services and concierge duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn hotel systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred (for valet parking)
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
