Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, handling all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our property management system.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process payments and balance daily cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations for guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
