Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests across front desk, housekeeping, and food service areas
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in guest rooms and common areas
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and special events
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Adhere strictly to shift schedules and attendance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
