Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries with a warm and professional tone.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and efficiency to resolve issues on the spot.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping and safety protocols.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and valet coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse guests from all over the world.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often during peak check-in times.
