Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a premium first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel property management system (PMS).
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, answering inquiries regarding amenities and local attractions.
- Manage room bookings, reservations, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to maintain high standards of service.
- Assist with lobby organization and maintain a clean, welcoming public area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software (training provided).
- A professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to stand and move about the property for extended periods.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
